True RS500. Why CM's shareholder note before the PR? I think the PR will be BOD related, and we saw hints that CM would like to be on the BOD. He may represent us as shareholders, but right now I think one our own board members, like FFF or JTF or Co1 would be more universally accepted by stockholders. If CM joined the BOD later, we probably would not have a problem.
Note that CM's Shareholders note did not show him making any progress. We all appreciate that he is trying, I assume, but now is a time for results. Like RS500 says, we need to hear of the mill reopening & LTF secured.
Still my best guess for a PR: BOD meets, MD resigns, new CEO announced.
