joenatural, do you have different share structure numbers than what is below or is it just your opinion? The PPS obviously went from .0001 - .0008 on the share structure below in early Dec. 2009. No R/S filed yet as far as I know. There was/is 800mm left to cap the 5B AS. No new AS filed as far as I know. Are you saying that you have DD proving that the 800mm has been exercised and an R/S has been filed? How do you know that? Are you an insider?
