It is simple Greasy, the inspector calls back provides the specifics of the violations, and if BEHL decides not to comment it gets posted with BEHL’s side as “No Comment”. Let people make their decisions from what the city has provided because BEHL was given an opportunity to tell their side and decided to not do so. I doubt that would be the case, but just to give you an example if it became a “hiding’ issue then let it be so publicly with the company taking an active role in portraying that image. Right now unfortunately it is being portrayed as such because of limited information, many believe as shareholders we should have been informed when it happened, but as I have said if it is taken care of or minor issues, then it is all for not. That is my point the company has had no chance to say anything, and we don’t even have the specifics of the charges, and yet judgments have been made by shareholders as to “for shame BEHL”.

That is the unfortunate impact here is that not everyone is a good decision maker and emotions are in every decision we make, it just happens to be some of us rely on very little of it and unfortunately others tend to be the other extreme with everyone else falling in between. You have a stable stock right now holding the PPS with a slight up trend in tact. But here comes the trading day, and yes some on here just lurk in the shadows reading along, and now they have this tiny piece of information and feel less confident. Someone throws a huge block of shares at the bid at the open and everyone no longer trusts the sentiment that everyone is “all in” and the flood gates open.

That is how crucial it is to filter the information you have, because if it all turns out to be nothing more than minor issues and you find that out after the dust settles, how are you going to fix it? You may think that I have drawn an unrealistic picture here, but remember where you are investing, the most volatile vehicle, which means emotions are the most volatile. PPS reflects emotions, and when you feed fear all it takes is a small trigger to cascade down. Just like we all know to well how it can also shoot upward.

Final word, 10% or less of total investors probably read or participate on this particular board, seems small when you think of the number 7000. You would think minimal impact in the grand scheme of things, I mean 10% is not that big. When you apply another piece of information to this statement that nearly 1/3 to ½ of the float is controlled by this forums members it becomes a whole different animal all together.
