What the hell are you talking about? The PPS went to .0008 on anticipation of the ProRemote merger. If you bought at .0001 last fall then do the math! Are you really trying to base your opinion on merger or financial or share structure fundamentals?
Please; it's the penny's and "when" we get the MOMO back on whatever hype this "penny" stock will create; the PPS will go back to 8; if only temporary. At a position of 3's and a sell of 4's thru 8's; money is made. Is your point that the market consists of sellers and buyers and the company might sell stock into a run and suppress it? Yes; not chit! Money will still be made! Nice try though!
