NSS has been rumored to be as high as 1.5 Billion or more. I cannot verify any of the information. Mr Newton has stated in the past that he believes that there is alot of NSS concerning RCCH.

Many are looking for Starting Lines for this stock. I would think a good place to start would be the Company coming forward and making comments concerning this. IMHO, an acknowledgement of an ongoing investigation, with a lawsuit being filed, would provide the spark to ignite the climb of the PPS. The uplisting of IWS becomes secondary at that point. It mystifies everyone with knowledge of the TSX operation, what is causing the delays. This listing was supposed to be through an active "Shell", already trading on the TSX. IMO, it has taken way to long for this to come to fruitation.
