Has anyone here thought about a lawsuit for the fake buyout pr? Is it illegal in these pink stocks to announce an offer from a company that has never confirmed or can even afford a buyout for 1.9 cents? New to pinks and trading for that matter but think I have a better shot at getting some of my money back in a lawsuit than waiting for this to ever get to my .0016 avaerage. Any thoughts from legal minds?
