Keith Henderson
Position: President, CEO and Director
Keith has more than 20 years experience as a geoscientist including 15 years experience in mineral exploration. Having worked in Europe, Africa, North America, and South America, he has extensive expertise in a variety of deposit types and commodities including precious metals, base metals and bulk commodities.

Keith began his exploration career with the CSA Group, initially spending 3 years in Tanzania where he managed a large gold exploration program. He also worked extensively in southern Arica on a range of exploration and development projects and in Europe on base metal exploration. In 2001, Keith was employed by Anglo American plc, managing regional zinc exploration programs in Ireland and Canada, including a successful near-mine zinc exploration program at the Lisheen Mine (Ireland). In 2005, Keith was transferred to Anglo American Exploration in Vancouver to add-value to a variety of North American nickel and copper projects. Later, he was Project Manager for Anglo Coal's newly incorporated Canadian subsidiary, managing all aspects of project start-up together with an extensive exploration and resource definition program.

Most recently, Keith was employed as Vice-President Exploration for Cardero Resource Corporation, responsible for advancing the Pampa de Pongo project through a highly positive Preliminary Economic Assessment. Keith was educated in Europe, graduating from Queens University Belfast with B.Sc. (Hons) Geology and subsequently from University College Dublin with M.Sc. Petroleum Geology.


Anton J. Drescher
Position: Director
Mr. Drescher is a Certified Management Accountant, a designation he has held since 1981. He is a director and officer of USA Video Interactive Corp., Ravencrest Resources Ltd. and former director of Landmark Minerals Inc., and Waymar Resources Ltd. He has also been the president of Westpoint Management Consultants Limited, a private company engaged in tax and accounting consulting for business reorganizations since 1979 and president of Harbour Pacific Capital Corp., a private British Columbia company involved in regulatory filings for businesses in Canada since 1998. He is the Chairman of the Company's audit committee.


Dr. Mark Cruise
Position: Director
Dr. Cruise spent eight years employed by Anglo American plc in grassroots and mine site settings. As a member of Anglo's Lisheen Mine feasibility/technical team in Ireland, he planned and supervised the project-definition and geotechnical drilling programs before going on to initiate district - and country-wide base-metal exploration. In 2001, Mark joined Anglo's Vancouver office, where he held the position of Senior Geologist Copper/Zinc and was responsible for the company's copper and zinc portfolio, including project generation and implementation in Canada, USA, and Mexico.


Augusto Baertl
Position: Director
Mr. Baertl is a Peruvian mining engineer who has held a number of senior positions with Peruvian and international mining companies. He served as Mine Manager, President and Chief Executive Officer of Compañía Minera Milpo, one of Peru's largest mining companies, from 1967 to 1996. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Baertl served as President and Executive Chairman of Compañía Minera Antamina and oversaw the exploration, feasibility studies and development of the project. He is a member of the American Institute of Mining Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers (AIME), the Instituto de Ingenieros de Minas del Perú and the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú- Capítulo de Minas and, was also the President of the Peruvian mining society, Sociedad de Minera, Petroleo y Energia. Mr. Baertl graduated from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería in 1965 and also participated in the Senior Management Program at Harvard Business School and in the CEO Management Program at Northwestern University.


Gordon Neal
Position: Director
Gord has twenty-five years experience in advising public companies and providing corporate finance services. He began his career in financial communications in the Prime Minister's office in 1980 and in 1985 he was made Senior Associate at Vickers & Benson Advertising in Toronto. Gordon founded Neal McInerney Investor Relations in 1991, which through marketing raised more than $4 billion in debt and equity financings, and became the second largest full service Investor Relations firm in Canada. In 2002, Mr. Neal was appointed to Vice President Investor Relations at Pivotal Corporation and assisted the board with the sale of Pivotal to China.com in 2003. Gordon Neal is currently the Vice President Corporate Development at MAG Silver Corp. He is also on the advisory board of West Timmins Mining.


Dr. Russell Myers
Position: Technical Advisor
Russell has over 25 years experience utilizing key geological and project assessment tools that involve mapping and the compilation and integration of geological, geochemical, and geophysical data required for the generation of exploration models. Throughout his distinguished career as a 'hands-on' exploration geologist, Russel special interests have been ore genesis and regional tectonic evolution.

Russell spent six years at AngloGold Ashanti (USA) Exploration Inc. holding several key senior geological positions. His principal responsibilities were regional target generation for gold deposits in Alaska together with the design and implementation of exploration programs. While with AngloGold Ashanti (USA) Exploration Inc., Russels was part of an integrated team of geologists that evaluated the potential for deep targets at the Cripple Creek Gold mine. He also conducted regional targeting and ground follow up for AngloGold Ashanti's Columbian exploration initiative which has defined a series of new deposits.

Russel holds a PhD in Geology, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, 1991. Dr. Myers was Summa cum Laude, BSc Geology and Geophysics, Missouri School of Mines, Missouri, 1981.


David Hladky
Position: Senior Project Geologist
David is a gold specialist with 15 years experience in mineral exploration in the Americas. He has worked extensively in epithermal and porphyry environments and in intrusion-related gold. David has experience in project management from grass roots exploration through deposit modeling and feasibility study.


Michael Kinley
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mike possesses extensive public company experience and, the financial qualifications to play an important role as the Company continues to rapidly expand. He received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1973 in Ontario while with KPMG, where he became a partner in 1981. Since 1993, Mike has been the president of Winslow Associates Management & Communications Inc., a private consulting firm which provides accounting and regulatory support services to junior public companies. He is an officer and/or director of a number of other public companies.


Marla K. Ritchie
Position: Corporate Secretary
Marla brings over 15 years experience in public markets working as an Administrator and Corporate Secretary specializing in resource based exploration companies.


Steve Stakiw
Position: Manager - Corporate Communications
Steve is a geologist and has been involved in many facets of the mining and mineral exploration industry, both in Canada and internationally, for more than 20 years. In addition to several years in the field, he has research and finance market experience and was involved in the formation of an industry-leading mining information service. Steve's diverse range of experience also includes serving as the western editor of The Northern Miner from 2006 to 2008.
