They restrict buying because shares are not being delivered on Time, or there are unacceptable third party fees added. It's not their job to hire Sam Spade PI to find out why, They continue selling because their clients still have delivered shares available to sell. Why is everone under suspicion of fowl play, except the guy who controls the A/S O/S, and refuses to release any info? A normal thinking adult would direct their attention to him.
