The stock has been a dog forever. "investors" have been burned by believing the story.

Contrary to what some people would want you to believe, trading this stock is not easy. In fact, just picking this stock to trade is a questionable judgement call.

Playing the chart can pay off occassionally, no doubt there. But playing the 10-Qs is a fantasy that has yet to be shown to have worked in the past, as it's been claimed to have.
