Bloomberg reports that an examiner tasked with undertaking a report on the bankruptcy of Lehman is to go to court to ask a Judge to unseal its contents, after many of the people interviewed for the probe refused to agree to lift their demands of confidentiality.

66-year-old Anton Valukas spent a year and $34m interviewing 100 people and reviewing 10m documents to prepare a 2,200 page report investigating whether rival banks were partially responsible for Lehman's failure, and ultimately benefited by its bankruptcy. Valukas said in a court filing that he strongly believed that the report should be made public.

At least I sleep better knowing that Mr. Valukas has 34M at risk - and I only have a few thousand...HA!
