I am am not concerned with this and i have no problem with it. It will have a small effect if any on the stock. I was just pointing it out. thats all. anyways all i care about is pele, and pele shares seem to be protected with cbs owning a large amount. I dont think cbs will allow the company to mess with the share structure.

How the perferred stock is issued to chuck really doesn't matter to me. i was just falling back on past experience on how this all works. i dont want to get anyone's buns in a twist.

I surely was not trying to say anything negative about the company. All i care about is a $3 pele share price.. ya baby
