I believe this is a case of where we get an unexpected drop in the PPS just to see it recover and never look back. PSC will be along for the ride as well. I am not supporting their actions, but they need this to rise like we do. Simple facts that will start to see fruition next week. There is nothing wron with EXPU just some random selling IMO.
