Digging around a bit today, found some info from an old Form10KSB on reliant interactive media, recieved 4/16/2001 for reference. Page 40 showing that 'reliant corporation' was a "non operating public shell with nominal assets." Then acquired by Kevin and Tim Harrington to form 'reliant interactive media'. The Y poster who is supposed to be cgaq's new IR mentions in his post that he was involved in the company prior to the Harrington's arrival. No mention of any name ' Tyler C.' in ANY docs I have reviewed to this point. Will be an interesting week. I'll post any info I find to confirm/refute. GL
