I think we are all speculating, and the answer will hopefully be revealed soon. Bottom line Expu should be trading a lot higher, and PSC believes it too. I dont think PSC would risk their own rep. like that, and are waiting to unload shares at a later date with a more healthy PPS. I think its crap they received so much shares for what they do, but since they did I believe they want to look good, so others will join them.
Again with the potential here... We should be ok!!!
