As with EXPH there are two camps of investors in ALL stocks ; those who buy and hold for long term investment , and those who play a stock or groups of stocks to make money daily . It is a symbiotic relationship where both types need the other to drive stocks . Of course , long term investors want a stock to go north but competent players make money in either direction .
EXPH is no different .
To fully comprehend the trading actions that occur with EXPH just look at the Most Active NYSE , Nasdaq , AMEX stocks on Yahoo Finance to see how ALL National Market stocks are played by those who can play them ....zig-zag , up / down each and every day . I'm serious ....watch the tickers . Manipulation ? Yup . Get over it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Relevant to EXPH of course there are players who are playing the stock . It is not a conspiracy to illegally manipulate EXPH because it is just what the stock market is for the millions of investors who PLAY stocks , because that's what they do . Those who have the clout and experience can play the stock . The calibre of players versus long term investor is directly correlated to the calibre of a stock whether it is Microsoft or EXPH being played , but they will both be played ....PERIOD !! Manipulation ? Yup . Get over it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now then , manipulation of a National Market stock or an underbelly Pink Sheet stock moves NORTH when there are material event developments that justify the move north , or the stock moves SOUTH when there is an absence of material event developments or the occurence of negative material events . As well , positive or negative momentum affects ALL stocks irrespective to material events , as seen every day as a stock runs north on MOMO hype then south on MOMO fear , or vice verse . There will be manipulation in BOTH directions regardless to the long term holders who resent southward manipulation but love northward manipulation .
It is pointless and unproductive to obsess on EXPH's apparent manipulation , whether the cycle of manipulation drives the stock to .03 ( no complaints then , were there !! ) or the manipulation walks the stock down like a staircase from .03 to .003 ( lots of complaints during this cycle ) .
The bottom line for EXPH is for CEO JDB to provide incontrovertible proof of Expo Holding's accomplishments , like those pesky Financials , those phantom contracts with the Big Boys , the Form 3 Insider shares , and any other material events . The stock will still be manipulated but at least EXPH will be manipulated commensurately to the degree of material event accomplishments with PROOF , and less on the hyperbole of long holders , alleged shorters , flippers , skeptics , whomever . Long holders are dependent on positive developments or sustained , positive momentum , and the players will play EXPH until , or if , positive developments occur and are proven .
As Moderator of this divisive message board I urge participants to be much less concerned about those who play the stock and to be more focussed on what this company and CEO have done and what this company needs to do to enjoy NORTHWARD manipulation of the stock .
