wow, this is some very interesting info. I am still trying to wrap my head around all the 'blocking' in the form. Why would they wait to file this in order to have it all blocked? Maybe I just don't understand quite yet.

Anyway, does anyone out there see this as positive news?

Why would it be in Highbridge best interest to not file and hold this long?
