Went to the Nevada Secretary of state website to check up on Add-Power. Noticed an action were Add-Power Inc has been put on Admin hold. The reason being that the E-Check was returned for "invalid account on annual list and business license in job c20100126-1532".

Looks to me that Add-Power is not going to be a separate entity.
