That was just the desk closing out and balancing it's books for the day...

And imbalance like that is trades that didn't make it onto the Time & Sales window while the regular session was open, and it doesn't qualify for a "T" trade which is a trade that happens after the closing bell...No biggie...It happens from time to time, but not usually with that many shares...
