The PR said 40% of the Outstanding Common Share to the Lender. There were somewhere's around 750 million O/S prior to the announcement of the increase in Authorized Shares (A/S) to 1.5 billion. 40% of 750 million = 300 million shares. 750 mil + 300 mil = 1,050,000,000 shares. That leaves 450,000,000 shares that can be issued. Not 150,000,000 that your implying. Am I wrong?
