they wouldn't have required subs to sign up for something they weren't going to be req'd to use.

They gave people a choice. And that is a good thing. I have no problems with PayPal. It's second nature for me to use them when I pay for something on line. I know there are many other people that feel the same way.

All that was accomplished here is another choice is now offered. And it's a choice that didn't need to be implemented since people that have issues with PP weren't required to use it. It needed to be part of the sign up process though for all the people that don't have issues with PP.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
