Listen.. this has been gone over and over and over..
Dicon has EXISTING up to date contract with WALMART for other products... FASTEST and CHEAPEST way of getting into WALMART for SPNG!!!

this TYPE of thing done ALL THE TIME IN MANY INDUSTRIES... When a company is taken over by another... they COMMONLY use existing contracts with customers to Quicken getting goods or services to the customer...

Some WILL Never agree to this... because!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOLOLOLOL
