the average net profit per natural gas well is about 20-25% of the gross and most wells sell for about 9-10 times gross sales for the small business guys so if you take out all the high expensive executive salaries. $1,650,000 2009 sales=$330,000-$412,500 if you cut out all the grease so if you just sold off all the equipment you get $2 million and the at $330-412,500 cash flow the land is worth $3-4 million based on the 9-10 times gross sales. Not to mention the huge wells they just opened a month or two a go as well as the new field in Texas should have huge potential. You would be dumb not to buy here.
