I think there is backdoor accumulation going on for a psc push.

that's what bob has probably been up to this whole time. accumulating shares at .17. If you really think about it, it's alot easier for him to make money doing that than installing lighting fixtures!! Who wants to go do that anyways when they could just chill at their house.
