As far as I know the share price will be effected because no matter where the shares come from whether it is restricted or not it will reduce the O/S which is what market cap is based on. O/S * PPS = Market Cap. So if you reduce the O/S then to keep the same market cap the PPS must increase. Am I right with this thinking?
