One guy posted that Dean was starting a new business. When asked to post a link, there was none posted.

Someone else posted a little blurb about Dean helping out on an SBDC thing (Small Business Development), part of SBA (Small Business Association), that helps out small businesses, in Dean's case, probably tech companies. It doesn't mean he's working there, or starting up a new company, simply giving advice to new business people to make their road smoother. Doing so gives Dean an inside view of new technologies, to see what's up and coming as well, so it's a win-win situation for everyone, including shareholders. The new technologies can one day be used in the Dominion if need be.
