Manny is D-List celebrity in my book.

Who outside of Hollyweird has heard of this LA DJ? When you have to introduce someone nationally by the real stars this person has interviewed, that's not good. When I first read Sandra Bullock in the press release, I nearly jumped out of my skivvies. Then, I read it was Manny.

The market isn't excited about this b/c this and rightfully so.

This IMO cannot in anyway be compared to a top tier reality show. This to me is a 2nd tier - similar to the old Sunset Tan thing.

I'll give this 2 seasons at the most b/f it is cancelled. I still think it will be picked up by Bravo or E!, but I'll be selling some on the next leg up.

I am not saying this is a bad trade. But, if Manny is the best you can do, then that to me says it all.
