Dear Shareholders,
Integral Announces License on ElectriPlast™ Wire Application

2010-02-12 09:30 ET - News Release

BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- (Business Wire)

Integral Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ITKG) (“Integral” or the “Company”), today announces the Company has completed a License Agreement with one of its customers based on its Patented Wire technology number 7,244,890 to shield wire using the Company's ElectriPlast™ Technology.

At the request of the customer, its name will not be published, but the Company has submitted the necessary paper work to the SEC for filing.

Traditional shielding on wire, called braiding, weaves together base metals such as copper, tin-plated copper, stainless steel, etc. The braiding process is the most time-consuming and expensive stage of making shielded wire. Even then, this process provides only 80% - 90% shielding coverage. In contrast, ElectriPlast™ replaces the metal braiding, provides 100% shielding coverage, speeds-up the process twenty-fold, reduces weight, and is far less expensive.

Once perfected, various products will be submitted to UL and CSA for electrical approval within North America, and then to other markets overseas.

Because ElectriPlast™ can be extruded and has the potential to provide total shielding of wires at lighter weight and lower cost, the Company is confident that ElectriPlast™ will emerge as the preferred material to use in wire shielding.

ElectriPlast’s™ elimination of metal, ability to be fabricated using low-cost injection molding, and demonstrable efficiency and effectiveness will fundamentally change the way in which electricity is harnessed and managed. It's not a matter of whether this revolution will occur, but how rapidly our customers will be able to make the transition to take advantage of Electriplast's extraordinarily diverse and patented applications.

Intellectual Property and Patent Portfolio:

Patents based on our ElectriPlast™ platform continue to be approved by the US Patent office and now number 45. The Company has elected not to appeal those rejected (52), instead incorporating them into subsequent applications in order to better optimize the different uses arising from our base patent. Please visit our web-site www.itkg.net for current approved Patents or visit www.usgov.patent.com.
