Ken just fully explained to you and everyone else why the stock was ever at $11 bucks a share. What was the answer? Simply put KATX's stock was never any where around 11 bucks. Also, the thing that drove the price down was some bad 504s that he did to raise money and ended up getting burned by them. It's over and done with, he learned a valuable lesson from it and has stated he will never use those again to raise captial, which he never did and has since got 5 million in financing from private investors instead.

The only thing I find disturbing is how you continuously try to paint a completely negative picture of KATX when there is really nothing negative there to speak of.
