Sorry ... that wss only $312k from the 4 Billion shares sold.

S/H'ers should be more concerned about what Aziz did with the REST of the money.

Contract was not completely fulfilled by either side.
Both sides ended up feeling lied to and screwed.
Thats why its in court.
