I think you have the facts wrong. SSEV did a reverse stock split in 2009(around March and under a different name) and reduced shares. What they are reporting was for a long time ago.

I think it still has the potential to go back to where it came from and that being in the 10 cent arena. That is providing that SH (Stephen Humphries) doesn't SHxx on the stock.
