The market cap is consistent with the shares outstanding and the current price of $0.65. Using rough numbers, there used to be approximately 137,000,000 shares outstanding. Divide 137,000,000 by 250 (because of the 250 to 1 reverse split) and you get 548,000 shares. Multiply 548,000 shares by the last price of $0.65 and you get $356,200. Close enough for ballpark numbers.

By the way, this was equivalent to a pre-reverse-split price of about $0.0026. However, based on today's trading range of $0.20 to $1.01, the pre-reverse-split range is $0.0008 to $0.00404 -- well within the random fluctuations that have been happening for many many months.

Effectively, nothing has changed and nothing will until the company decides to publish more information and market itself and its stock.
