Ok, well that answers some of the questions I had. The buyback has not begun yet. The $350M loan is still not closed. And we are getting the terms of the loan in small pieces. Why is there a delay in closing the loan?

Still no names of the acquired companies, which is odd. They’ve had a month to notify vendors
