I'm kinda surprised that not many folks are curious about the unannounced 3 million share increase in the float (that's more than a 13% increase from the end of 2009) and OS in January.

What was done with those 3 million shares?
For what purpose were they issued?
To whom were they issued?

Questions that need answers as far as transparency is concerned. Yeah, I know, wait for the PR.
