Thanks for the advice... I will not move on... no hurry at all... I will wait for the final outcome... if this is ruled a scam... I will get full $$ investment write off as a theft loss on my itemized 1040.

You seem pretty sure of yourself... sounds like you are one in the know. Again Thanks for the advice.
