I'm guessing that since this is Gene's 3rd marriage in the no fault state of California, he had a prenuptial agreement (or he should have). Hopefully, the prenuptial spelled things out in advance as far as who got what in the event of a dissolution. If there was a prenuptial then, the seperation and divorce should go pretty quickly in comparison if there wasn't. As far as getting booted off of the exchange, meaning the Pinks, that would come from SEC and a stop trading order would happen first. I don't see that happening though.

my question is this sense it is now public knowledge what does this divorse do to the company? does lucida get half of profits and company earnings? Also what happens if we get delisted for not being active Meaning booted off the exchange? would like a take on all of this without a LMAO...
