If it was a Third Party giving away "MILLIONS" of shares for PSC, I would imagine they have an inside track with RR and the comapny also. Im just assuming that. I would also wonder if they post on here to also try and promote (Pump) the stock. I assume they do.

So if its not RR's stock but its a third partys they most likely were selling also at the highs. Just my opinion.
