How is going to work out for people who bought at .0007 to .0008. The same way it is going to work out for everyone else who bought at all other entry points.
The point I was making is DLAD was a one trick pony with the CRM software. SH. sold it off before it’s value became $0. (I’m a bit surprised he found a buyer.) Humphries claimed to reduce debt and purchased the Sports Page Weekly, begin developing another monthly publication and bought an interest in Spectrum Communications, which is the company buying the radio stations, this in my opinion is reorganizing the company. Will the new formed company now called Cabal Communications Corp. be profitable? I really don’t know, but it sure looks to me that it has more promise then the old business plan.
I too purchased some of my holding @ .0007 (10% of 130M Shares) will I and others recover our cost? Honestly, probably not in the next 12 months.
As for the 20B. authorized shares, all I know is what Humphries put out in the press release, and on Dec. 23, 09 he claimed 8.7B outstanding with 20B AS. Is he dumping or trading shares for equity? Dumping shares maybe, he appears to have done this in recent past, as for trading shares for equity. I sure hope so.
As for a R/S, with 20B. AS. I think he will do a R/S, but not until he can prove the company is making progress toward profitability, otherwise the share price will deteriorate back down to .0001 again and the R/S will be in vein.
Here’s how I see this company playing out, and it’s only my opinion. DLAD get approval from FINRA in the near future, PPS increases to .0002 and holds steady with an occasional .0003. Then SH. Delivers some good news thru Q-reports showing progress toward profitability, but the debt offsets the gains. We may see a spike in volume to the .0003’s but it won’t hold. Back to the steady .0002. Then SH. Buys another radio station and gets the health and fitness magazine launched in the second quarter, this news will get us to a steady .0003 and occasional .0004. (But this is just my wishful thinking.)
One more thought, I think we may see a request to transfer DLAD Shares to the new company Cabal Comm. In order to establish a true outstanding share amount. I believe that DLAD has been naked short sold after the last R/S and the sellers never materialized shares to cover. Who really knows for sure, but the transfer process will clean up the mess if there really is one.
