hey Boss, you need some water plants to cover and cool the water surface. H2O already has oxygen in it. Imagine the kinds of algae your pond would grow with a waterfall and full sunlight. Trust me on this one. A UV light is good because it clumps the algae together (not kill) but you need a good filter to catch the little buggers. As we know with BEHL there are many types of algae that grow in different conditions.
