Bill B.. Did you ever get any answers or clarifications to any of your other statements in Part 2? It seems there is alot of suspicious items you listed Like the small orders..” I did see the order from Tandy, it was from June of last year for 2 units at $399 each, and the order from J C Penny’s was for under $2,000." and before that you stated "His reply was that there are things we don’t know, as we haven’t seen the Q4 reports yet, that he had acquired additional
shares, and could, as CEO, give himself more shares anytime he wanted to!!!" but even more was the fact that he said shares were issued for the springs and he paid them back? Is there proof he paid this back? Why wasnt something filed for the issuance of 150,000 shares? and if this springs was a gift why was there 150,000 shares issued and at that time approx 10 bucks a share average would be 1.5 million dolalrs? That dosent sound like a gift to me? I am just very confused and still have many questions about Rich's way of doing business ..at the least in my mind it is suspicious to me.. But I dont claim to understand very much ... This is all my opinion and looking for answers only... IMHO!
