CNCT was supposed to hold $22, but that failure could lead to a test of $20, so keep some ammo dry. I really luckedout not getting my bid yesterday, $25 looked like a solid base, so a bid a bucker higher seemed to make sense, but some people knew the FDA ruling ahead of time.
