SYMW also announced a NDA being signed. As things have not changed, this is still in place. Being a NDA, he can't release who until and the other party is ready to have that information disclosed. What rrrrr is asking for as far as news of when a PR will be released is basically what JD gave with the exception of the addition " But, we make no guarantees about the timing." He can’t pin it down any more than that as this would be sharing insider information.
