SPNG owns Dicon so some can twist that all they want. We own 100% of dicon and that means 100% of anything they sell to. All the same co. Amazing the July 09 filing for the acquisition is very clear we own 100%. Let them keep trying we are in Walmart period. Something many of the naysayer said never happen.
