He has the ASK at 28 they start selling, although the BID is 26. now when the 28's start selling off, he drops the ask to 27 and plays the gap. Then when someone buys the ask its drops it, he does it again and again, just look at the gaps. Hes been playing this stock for 3 weeks the same way.
