op: IMO, Megas does not have a leg to stand on because of his inability to operate BCIT with 'fiduciary responsibility'. That is why he did not follow thru with the PR statement and file.
I would like to think I am wrong here, but the key ingredient for Megas to win is to be able to display to a jury that he acted responsibly in regards to the Pino/Pammy identity theft discovery. If this is what you are referring to as a double-cross, I would suggest you rethink again.
