IMO, BCIT got what it deserved. If the CEO fails to comply with the basic pinciples as warned in previous emails to stay up-to-date with filings, then the company got what it asked for.

Yes I know the playing field is not level, but that does not give a CEO a right to try and game the gamers.

All is fair in love and war.
