The rights of an investor to register and sell his/her unregistered stock in the event that the company conducts an offering.
Alot of grey here, the piggyback rights apply to the "registrable securities" it does not define them as the old companies common stock or the restricted stock given to the DIP lenders in return for the financing. IMO it is not clear enough to say that the commons are ok.
