The Smarter Sponge is a global brand and so I suspect those are being MFG for global distribution i.e Walmarts across the Globe! Whereas 'Americas Cleaning Company' is a Local BRand. By the by I believe VAEV was given the rights to use it...I don't think it was sold to them.
