Well they have recently updated the website. Since it costs money to maintain it, with things now changing almost daily, I'm sure they will be updating it again in the near future.

As far as the News Release goes, on the Yahoo website, the NR reads "...JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - 02/10/10) - Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (Pinksheets:QASP - News) has purchased an option to take a controlling...." so I'm not sure what you are referring to as it clearly states the stock symbol, etc.
