hey MEO you mentioned possible dilution last week.. here is a question i have for you.. going through some old posts...remember last week when we had the big sell off..and I came across this....

Well at least it isnt gagged. That is one plus.
Looks like about 5 million of it is because shares became unrestricted, so maybe somebody sold their shares that were resricted. O/S only grew by 4.6 million(about $7000) which is not bad. All of these pinkies dilute and most much more than this. Since August of last year O/S has only grown about 20 million.

and then we had this the week before when we had a question about the TV channel and the father owning it...

sounds to me that it is set up very nicely for the comp and the father, if all is correct that has been posted today, the father owns the station and is leasing to the company, that works best of tax reasons......
just an opinion, i own the office, the cars and all equipment, i lease them to the comp..... i make money comp makes money, best for liability and taxes to set it up this way.....
what if that dilution or selling we saw is the company buying the TV channel from old POPS??? $7000.00 in dilution TV channel costs $7000.00
