The TForm trade is clearly Shorting.

Erg identified 24 mil shorted which are sales.

With 31 Mil in sales the TForm sales accounted for over 2/3 of the days sales.

That is clearly shorting not Dilutuion.

Open Market dilution is clearly visable on L2 Trading Platforms and Private Placements do not show on Daily Trading activities.

The days end TFORM trades are clearly Shorting and not Dilution IMHO but please draw your own conclusions.

A run to .02 will cost Shorters at .002 100,000.00 from a 10,000.00 Short Position.

I can see why they are so motivated to see the stock drop and stay down.
